Help With Eagle Lake Goose Guide?

Who are some of the better Snow Goose Guides in Eagle Lake for the late season goose hunts? I have an older fella her at work from Hamilton Tx that's want to go and I think I might as well go with em... Thanks in advance...

Been quite a few years ago, but I had some incredible hunts with Waterfowl Specialties out of El Campo during the conservation season... Those guys know how to work a multi speaker call box.

Gonna be in the ballpark of $150-$170 per person most likely.

Majer Benge 979-234-2795 if he is still guiding. My bro-in-law and his Temple pals used him for 25 + years. At that time, he guided out of Blue Goose resort in Altair, which is closed. He lives in Eagle Lake.

Be careful of those waterfowl specialty guys, they've had some shady deals recently with people. Call lance stanzchic (sp) with backwater waterfowl, he's a good dude and has alot of land to hunt on the prairie. Goose hunts are hit or miss but talk to him a bit and have him call you when the birds are on his places. That's if y'all can pull a short notice deal off. If not pray for some crap weather to keep em flying low

Coastal Prairie Outdoors with Scott Clary. We lease from him along with several TBHers. He's a goose killing machine.

I second Coastal Prairie Outdoors. I am a member there and we had a great season hunting with Scott last year. He has property from Eagle Lake, Altair, all the way to Edna. He goes where the birds are, not just Eagle Lake.

MikeT and Blue Tick are also members if they chime in.

                        Scott is good people.

How many honkers can you kill in that late season anyway?
