Was having an issue with one of my hyperfires taking black pics at night. I called Reconyx and they said send it in and they'd look at it even though it was out of warranty and let me know a cost. Week and a half later the ups man drops off the camera here at the house , it looks brand new and they even threw in a hat, all for no charge. According to their notes it had a bad day/night exchanger which they replaced along with the case that had faded due to use. Thumbs up for a good experience!
