Can anyone in Graham/Newcastle help me???

I found out I will be moving to the area, is there anyone that might know any small houses that are for rent? I have talked to a few realtors, and most only have large houses.. And most houses for rent by owner are not listed online. It will be me and my hunting buddy.. If anyone may have any information please let me know.. Thanks Tons!!
