What is going on with HPD on 45 SB???

IHeading into work in Texas city. Taking 45 south.

In downtown at one of the exits there was an officer randomly having people in the right lane exit.


Then close to Scott street they had 5-6 squad cars with officers blocking the exit and entrance ramp.

Then a little past the 610 loop the same thing. Multiple squad cars and officers blocking entrance and exit ramps.

All for no apparent reason. And all HPD cars



What the heck is going on!!?
