I narrowed my choice down to the Hunters Safety Sytem Ultra Lite X-tream and the Treestalker vest. I'm ordering off the Internet because they are cheaper and no one around here has these so I can't try them on. I am 6'1" tall 280 pounds and broad in the chests and shoulders. Which size do I choose, 1X or 2XX? I've gotten a couple different answers from folks so far that are not even near my size. I figured I would ask y'all cause I'm sure there is someone out there that has a more professional opinion than one of these kids at the sporting goods store. Thanks.

I'm 6', 200 lbs. I have a 42" chest, and use a large. You can always ship it back for another size!! -
Put on your hunting clothes and then try on each vest. It must fit snug, but comfortable.Comment

If they are at a cheap enough price, order bth sizes and send the one back that doesnt fit. My HSS is a Large I think and I'm 6' 215.Comment

I think the HSS are based on weight. Otherwise, like White Falcon said, you can always return it.
Personally I like the HSS best, if you want a brand preference.
