        I have used about everything mentioned above except for the iron.

        If using goat tuff do not hesitate when seating the insert or it will set and the insert will be half in and it is hell to get out.
        If it does happen, the best way to get it out is with a drill bit acting as a slide hammer inside the shaft

          One thing about Insert Iron is it must set up for 24 hours.
