What glue for inserts?

Bohning Insert Iron. The best I have found for carbon arrows. And you can easily remove inserts if needed without damaging the shaft.

I have used about everything mentioned above except for the iron.

If using goat tuff do not hesitate when seating the insert or it will set and the insert will be half in and it is hell to get out.
If it does happen, the best way to get it out is with a drill bit acting as a slide hammer inside the shaft

One thing about Insert Iron is it must set up for 24 hours.

I like to use hot melt glue, if needed you can put in a field point, gently heat the tip and pull it out with pliers and not damage a carbon. Clean it well first, a 22 cal bore brush does a good job on the inside walls, then follow up with a damp (not wet) Q tip with acetone.
