I like to marinade it for about 30 minutes with some Worcestershire and beer about half a beer and about 1/8 of the beer amount in Worcestershire sauce. Take them out and pat them dry then liberally apply some Durkee Steak Dust to both sides and kind of pat it in. Once they are room temp throw them on the grill and cook till just at the end of medium rare and let set for just a few minutes as they will continue to cook for another minute or so.

Good quality steak only requires sea salt and fresh cracked pepper

                      No marinade for beef/venison/hog steaks.
Blaze, Slap Yo Mama (white), garlic and pepper. And just enough Soy Sauce to add a little flavor!

Whatever you do, slather it well with Garlic Butter right before you take it off the grill !

Marinade is for bad cuts of meat. IMO

I like a light fajita season dusting or just a kosher salt/restaurant grade black pepper dusting....cooked to a medium rare searing on both sides. Brush with olive oil as I flip each side once.....Forget your Momma! Slap yo Dadddy!...

Occasionally I'll chop up some onions and mushrooms and sautee them in butter to put on the same steak cook i described above.

Probably happens twice a year and I just happened to take a picture one day..
