      I looked a don't see any fang marks so I think it's safe to rule out snake.

          Of its a snake bite and you see swelling take off the collar.

            I'll go with the wasp-bee-hornet sting thing too.

            If bit by a snake, you would be able to find the fang marks.

            If bit by a poisonous snake, she would not look as good as she does.

                my labs head swelled up way more than that when he got rattle snake bit right above the eye. I bet its a sting of sorts.

                              some sort of sting, Benadryl will help. if not better tomorrow or he ahs trouble breathing, take him to a vet for some steroids...
