I drink a couple of them, mostly the fruit ones...I'm not a fan of the green vegetable ones

I have been making smoothies. Kale, banana, blackberry, chia seed, a little coconut milk, skim milk, 2 ice cubes, and a little agave.

That sounds awesome, when I did it, I guess its considered a smoothie as well, using a vitamix blender, can barely tell theres pulp in it (where most of the good for you stuff is) but my favorite recipe was 6oz OJ, handful of kale, 5 strawberries, a carrot and a handful of baby spinach.

just play around with it and find a mixture you like of different ingredients.

I did for a while about 4 years ago. Good for detoxing and weight loss but unless I stayed home, it didn't fit my lifestyle. Crapped my pants twice...once at work in front of a patient, then again just before weigh-in at a bass tournament as I was climbing out of my boat.

This is some priceless info right here

I did it for 10 days straight. They all tasted like crap to me. Just chug it down and get on with your day was my mentality.

My moms boyfriend does lemonade, cayenne pepper, and Maple syrup. He loses weight pretty quick and says its not that hard to maintain the diet. Pretty tasty he says
