Do deer eat???

"Jujube" fruit? A co-worker took some to work and they are almost like little apples. We used to have trees in the yard when I was growing up. Little trees will sprout every where any time it rained. Not fun as you have to mow very often or you end up with a jujube forest. Would be perfect on the lease if deer like them as this trees tolerate heat and grow like weeds. Yup... I have heard about apples so when I saw these at work it reminded me of the headaches trying to keep the tree from taking over the yard... Since I started hunting it seems like I try to find a hunting benefit for everything... Just figured someone on here would know...

Thanks... Do you have them in the areas you hunt? And if so were they planted to attract deer?

We have a tree in our city park, I don't know what's eating them but the tree doesn't hold fruit very long and there never any leftovers on the ground. But neither do any of the live oaks or pecans.
