I went to Carlos and Charlies 1 time. i felt like i was a little old for the crowd
and it was so packed i could hardly get a beer.
Seemed like a great place. To bad something as simple as lack of rain can shut them down.

Before it was Carlos n Charlies it was a restaurant called Captains Club., which ironically closed because of the Christmas floods of 1991. After the lake flooded again in '97 c&c rebuilt the place to float if the water ever came up that High again. I guess they should have had a contingency for no water... I' m going to miss their firework shows.

We rode to C&C's during the ROT Rally, They had great food, great service and cold beer. Sad to see it go. Unbelievable how low Lake Travis is

Been watching the 4th of July fireworks for as long as I can remember. My aunt and uncle have a lakehouse right across the lake from C&C so we had the perfect seats

Very sad. Its only 20 mins from my house. There are so many businesses that have closed because of this, but this one is going to get a lot of press. Had lots of great times there. Gonna miss it.

My best memory of C&C was the Y'allapoolza with Kevin Fowler and friends back in 04. I wasn't real sober but I think Aaron Watson was playing there too.

Girls in bikini's outnumbered guys that night. Don't know if everyone was outnumbered but I know I was.
