Axis or WT?

Just set up on a new lease near Camp Wood so I have reason to suspect theres a healthy population of axis. Just got this pic on my game cam, but cant quite make out whether its axis or a WT (possibly WT fawn).

You can always tell an axis for sure by looking for their hocks (tarsal gland)... Axis don't have them. Their rear leg is smooth on the inside as opposed to the whitetail which has that long patch of hair that is often stained during the rut...
