I had this same prob and this is how i fixed it when I was using the free app go into ur tapatalk settings there is a setting for how the pics get uploaded whatever its on now change it to the other one. Worked for me hope it works for you as well

Ok never mind this is how I did it when u click replay while typing a mesg it will look like this while its uploading for u click that photo sharing thing and change how u share the photos like I said it worked for me
