    Sounds easy enough

Do not pour used motor oil on the ground or use it in any other way where it could possibly get into the groundwater supply. $10K fine from the FEDS if they find out.

I will try that, a post soaked in diesel, sounds a little less harsh on the environment than the other way.

It's against the law to make a "diesel wallow", improper disposal and such.

If you set a post and occasionally "paint" it with diesel or used oil, the hogs will rub the post to keep fleas/tickas off themselves. As for the feeders, I have two on 100 acres, seems to be plenty. Soured corn in a posthole works great!

Edit: It appears I have been out-typed...

For the record, I was thinking of using mosly bump-feeders and a few broadcast feeders. I can't afford to have 10 feeders throwing corn out on the ground for no reason. But, I see the reasoning behind a limited number of food sources. It will usually be 3 or 4 of us hunting at once so I'm going to try 4 setups and see what happens. If they only use 1 of them I guess I'll be the only one killing anything.
