I have a customer that borrows my forklift to unload pallets off a 18 wheeler. Nothing major just landscape material and rocks. He comes and gets it and drives it just under a 1/2 mile each way. Usually only is gone 30 mins. No more than a hour. Since he is a customer I am not gonna stick it to him and he expects to pay for using it. How much per trip should I charge ?

I would try to stay neighborly with it, You may need something from him one day, And you did mention he is a customer, maybe fuel or a meal every now and then
After seeing your last post I recant, I would let him know about the tire, Just because you are in the tire business does not mean they are free to you, It would cost him so much more to have some one come out and unload it for himLast edited by mboltm; 08-14-2013, 06:32 AM.
