TWCOffice of the President?
Anyone have any experience dealing with Time Warner Cable's Office of the President? Any pointers? I am dealing with them over an old account that they owe me money on for a deposit and pre-paid service, but they claim I owe them money and they lost the deposit. Grrr. This has been ongoing for almost a year. Thanks!

take it to social media....find the official and unofficial facebook and twitter accounts....let em have it...
keep in mind, if you aren't their current customer...they typically don't give a rats rear....
