no HUNTING in October

Well since being laid off from my job at the end of March I had to take a temporary job working mon-fri. I miss shift work so much! So far I have been unable to get a new job in plan operations. My boys started youth league football last week. I have one in junior's and one in bantam. With the bantam team being short on players they are also short on coaches so I signed up to coach as well. I got our schedule and the season runs through October and playoffs thru November. All games are on Saturdays. This will keep my wife and I very busy we are practicing 4 days a week now but will go to 2 or 3 days after we start playing games. And so have games every Saturday in Sep AND OCT. Doubtful we all make the playoffs though.
My wife and I have started restoring furniture and hope to start selling some soon. We are gonna try and start a business for extra income since the job I am working now pays about 1/3 of what I have been making.
I am so proud of my boys though and am very excited to watch them play. This is their first year in football. My oldest has excelled In. Baseball making all stars his first year in majors. I expect they will both do well in football.
I really hope I find a job soon and get back to working the schedule I am used to and also earning the pay needed to support my family. I hope I get to hunt this season also but it's not looking good right now.
I just had to vent and get out what is going on I appreciate any prayers you may have for my family.

Family is important and has to be put first. But what is more important; the kids getting to play sports or dad putting food on the table? Putting food on the table trumps sports. Hunting puts food on the table, or at least it did in my situation.
