                  At first I thought it was a harlequin bug because of the shape, but have never seen one with those colors

                              Well it's black and gold with markings that almost look like Fleur-de-lis, I'd say it's a beetle that's a huge Saints fan with poor drawing skills


                              But on a serious note, it is a tortoise beetle
