We would need to see better pictures of how the bolts connect. Do you have access to the backside of the hole for a nut? Do you have access to the head of the bolt to replace with a larger bolt? Are the bolts connected to hinges? Need better pictures.

The hindge is fine its the door with bigger than normal hole since my son tried to close the door while the door was propped open

I learned this week if you tell them "Please don't ever come back" they'll leave you alone (according to a coworker who is one). They said "No thanks" is still open for further visits. I don't know how to fix the door, though.
