Even though I have that face thing, I spend way more time here. The wife commented just today about how she spends more time playing that candy game and I spend mine on the GS.

As we were headed to dinner and the grocery store (our weekly town visit), I was picking on my wife for playing on facebook. Her response was "Ohhh and what is your GS!!!! Its just facebook for rednecks!!!"

I may have to succumb to signing up FB. Its mainly due to upcoming news I am about to announce and with this part of announcement, requires me to have social media if I want to branch out outside of TBH.

TBH will be my first and foremost cause y'all are my extended family! Love y'all, bunch a crazy rednecks!

I only use FB to find old friends from high school and college. That, and the Chuck Norris fan club page

The majority of what is posted here is great, but also at times there is also a good dose of hypocrisy, proselytizing, and contrived drama that I don't care for much like FB.

No FB for me as GS has it all in addition to a great Classifieds section.

I don't use FB anymore, so yes, this is my substitute. I'm thankful the people on this site don't feel the need to tell me every aspect of their lives like the Book does.

As opposed to the GS and getting divorced, an argument with a spouse, what they had for dinner, upcoming doctors visits, disagreements with neighbors..........
