    Bushnell or Covert Trail Camera?

I am in the market for a good camera. I've always used the cheap ones and I'm tired of the bad quality. I am looking at either a Bushnell Trophy Camera or a Covert. Those seem to have the best reviews. My question is for folks that have them which bushnell or covert to purchase. I don't want to spend over about $220 though. The covert looks good but I want to know which to look at and the quality of them. I see Bushnell has a new 8mp HD but I don't really care to take videos so that may be a waste of money for the extra feature of recording and taking pictures at the same time. And for the covert I was looking at the Black without wireless but reviews are all over the place. Opinions please? And links if you know where they are cheapest. Thanks and Happy Saturday!!!!

Is this one any good? It's plain Jane but will it provide good pics and quality? http://www.amazon.com/Bushnell-8MP-T...meras+bushnell

Or would I be better off with this....

The HD takes great pics. Better night quality than the original trophy cam. Very crisp daytime pics. Batter life is awesome

I have 3 of the bushnell trophy cams and am pleased with them. They can be had for around $150 right now.

        No experience with the Covert.

I just got a Bushnell Trophy Cam HD Max Blackout. I set it out last weekend and haven't pulled photos from it yet but from working with it before I set it out it is a nice, well made camera. I bought mine at B&H Photo Video of all places. It was $240 but free shipping, no tax, and they sent me a $25 B&H gift card (which since I'm into photography is just like cash to me). They have other model Bushnells and different brands that are much cheaper that mine.

Yup, thats the one I use. Guess they are even cheaper now. I don't think you can beat that cam for the money!

Seems like I may be on track with the Trophy cam. I guess now is the decision of whether to spend a little extra and get HD or be frugal and get the classic.

Spendthe extra money! I've got both. Day pics are great, but the HD has been redone for the IR giving it a longer range with clearer night pics. On my classic I used a UWay IR range extender, but the HD's don't need one

Jeff, gosh. Aren't you supposed to be taking fish off the hook. So you say Covert? Which one?
