    Google Map of Possible Lease

I only have 2 weeks to decide on this lease in Eden. All my fellow Green Screeners let me know what you think.

THanks for helping me decide as I have never hunted this far west

Seems like its a lot of open flat. Doesn't seem like it would hold animals too well but I could be wrong. I'd drive to go see it

I hope there is more brush and cover than is in the pic.

I agree with the others. From the picture it appears to be too open. The best areas would be in the corners with the trees but the houses are very close. I would pass if it was mine.

How big is the place...deer dont have to live on your lease..but if they are moving through when you are in stand...you are good.If the price is right I would drive up there and scout and decide. How does the surrounding areas look? Cover around your lease? Imagery date is eight months old too.

It looks open, but still might be worth going to look at if you have not done so. Eden is not that far, so go check it out.

I was there yesterday. The price is good. It's 180 acres and im the only one. It's alot of brush and bush. I got the impression that deer would t be holding on the property but coming from others. It has a working feeder that has been established for months and had tracks/droppings near it. The sourounding lease have feeders and are hunted yearly. This place hasn't been hunted in 4 years. I was the first person yesterday in a long time to even go through the gate.

It can't hurt to look. Looking at my map, there seems to be a lot of open area with more cover to the east

My old lease camp was a mile and a half northeast from this spot (I posted a pic in your other thread) but our actual lease was 4 miles south of town. It is very open north of town but I always saw a butt load of deer ranging when we were at the camp house. If you feed 'em they will come.

I had place similar to that. Looked open on google but when you got the ground there was plenty of cover. Feed and they will come.
