Just got my first covert black

Didn't realize they were so small. I guess I'm used to the moltrie d40. I'm headed to AT&T after work tomorrow to get set up we shall see how this goes. I can't already tell its quite an upgrade from my old d40 from watching the videos on coverts website on how to install.

Nice! I just got a covert black Bushnell Trophy Cam and set it up last weekend. I can't wait to get back out there and pull the card and see what it's captured. Good luck!!

Hope you guys have better luck than I did. Bought and set up a Black Ops two weeks ago. Worked great at the house (4G area) but wouldn't work at the lease (5 bars) on "E" network. Kept displaying "Login Fail".

The guys at Trailcampro.com were baffled. Returned it in exchange for a UWay. Have yet to get it to the lease.

Went to AT&T on Wed and got the SIM card and signed up for the monthly text plan. Came home and got my new Covert Special Ops all set up and texting me pics at the house. I hope I don't have any issues when I take it to the field. This is going to be so awesome.

Did you have it hooked to Coverts external antenna? Its a must if your getting a e signal. You have to have at two bars of ATT signal for it to login.

when your at the att store make sure they set it up for unlimited text only.

always take a practice picture at home and send it to your phone to make sure its working right before you set it up. I have three. awesome camera

You can do 1000 texts per month for $10 or unlimited texts per month for $20.

No. I didn't call Covert. Worked with the guys at trailcampro.com. (Might should have called then now that you mention it.)

I do still have the antenna. Going to use it on the uway cam that I got this week.

I'll keep you posted.
