Does anyone have or know of a cheap/decent deer hunting spot? I'm looking for a spot that has some decent deer but don't want to spend a fortune. If anyone has some land they're willing to lease or let me hunt a few times this season for a small price let me know.

Sam Houston and Davy Crocket National Forests are in your area. Hunting license + $45 public land fee (I think).

I will say public hunting can be hit or miss and isn't for everyone. You can still have success at it if you do things right. Here are threads on Sam and Davy places:
