To feed cotton seed on my place that's small? 32 acres? I've been thinking of doing Forbs and Protein or cotton seed for my place but I'm not sure. I need help on this one from the expert. I'm no expert. Lol

If it gets wet... The critters still eat it! And it is cheap!!!

anything you add can help hold deer. I don't really think you will see a visible difference in horn size by doing so, but anything is possible.
Although I have heard of some bad effects of cottonseed. I have never fed it nor do I have a place to get it near me so I have not looked into it much.

Ok, here's my logical thinking, I want to change up my feeding method to different than corn.
I am going to attempt to grow Forbs, I have rye, chicory and one more from a Thro n Gro bag. I am going to try block and cottonseed. Or should I try something different? I will be adding water as well.
What would you do beside feeding corn. I'm not going to feed protein because I haven't had time or money to build a pen or get a legs and funnel for my protein barrel. So that's probably next year.
