        I bought a Large Green Egg about an hour ago. To bad I have a b-day dinner to go to tonight in Frisco and I have to wait until tomorrow to play with it.

                      Not one rib left. They weren't fall-off-the- bone but they were good. How do you do the 3-2-1 method?
