Is there any public place to hunt in Victoria,Tx? Never hunted there and wanted to try it out. Thanks

There are a few places . Coleto creek does doe hunts . The Aransas wild life refuge does a archery hunt .

if you apply for a coleto creek hunt, and get selected - hope its no later than mid season. I have had buddies that got chosen after mid season, and never had a chance to harvest. The deer get wise quickly.
