Keep your head up. Keep doing what you are doing. Remember that nearly everybody that is in front of you have all been through the same thing. I know the feeling. I got stuck in the drawdown and didn't make it till the 17 year mark. Put a star on at 22 and punched out at 25. Still miss it everyday. Don't lose faith brother

I got passed over the first time that I came up for Captain (O-3). Wasn't anything that I did, but apparently some of the records that went to the Promotion board weren't complete (or at least that is what I was told). I made it the second time.
