OT: select softball

Anybody's daughter play in the sneaky cleats organization? My daughter got asked to try out for a team. Shes 10. Just trying to find out about it. From what ive heard, it sounds good.

I do not know anything about the sneaky cleats but I am a parent of a select softball player that has learned a few things through the years. At 10u find a team that your daughter enjoys playing with. If possible find one where the whole daddy ball thing is not blatant. Find one where thy are learning the basic fundamentals of the game, not just put winning first. A team that will correct your daughter when she does wrong in a positive way so that her love of the game will stay with her. When she hits 12u it is time to find a team that is well known and will get her on the main fields at showcases as she develops. Once again make sure the coach can continue to help her grow as a softball in a positive direction. It is a fun time in your life that will help you form an unleashing bond with your daughter.

If you go to vdt softball and look up there team it will show how many tournaments they have entered and how they have placed.

Good org. They have solid, well coached teams. I've seen a lot of action from college coaches around them at the older showcases.

Yeah the reason I have heard of them is I was told they want to talk to me about coming on board with us. However so does about every other organization in the State when you have the #1 and #2 bats on the market.
