I feel like a almost Master Trapper

It took about a year to pattern this guy, and I got him. I tried every method I could find on the internet. No more damage to plants and yard!
PS My cat was standing guard !

Be careful releasing him, he could turn on you

            Well done!

A few years ago I had one incessantly destroying the yard. He was the devil's spawn. I tried to trap him for about 4 months, constantly moving the trap and trying different lures, etc. No dice.

A buddy of mine was in town around Christmas, so we figured it was in our best interest to stay up until the wee hours telling stories and getting pickled. Sometime well past 0300, the little armored yard wrecker decided he'd come out to play. All I had was a shovel and a Colorado Kool Aid induced rage. It would have been much better for him had he just gotten in the trap.

            My buddy silently wept.

              Props. thats epic.

I dont have varmint problems with 3 catahoulas in my yard, but I am interested in how you did it. Not exactly an easy feat trapping an armydila.

I have a 60 ft flower bed along the front of my house, He was digging between the flowers and the slab, only after I watered. I set my trap at the end of the bed. Covered the floor with carpet then pine straw. I laid some 2x4's between the outside of the flowers and his trail, between the slab and flowers to the out side of the trap. I watered in spots along his trail to the trap, extra water by the trap. No more of this Dilla!
This is a pic of the house when we moved in!

What do you do with him now that he is in the trap?
