    Help with Advice !!

I have a 2002 Chevy Duramax that the engine blew up in we took it to Mechanic JULY 2012 .Had new injectors put in as wellgot it back in October 2012 My son drove thre truck 10 days and it started Knocking. So I take it back mechanic says Motor no good . So I get the truck back in I think March 2013 and Drive it 9 or 10 Days pull in to Walmart and when I come out Truck will not Crank . So I called Mechanic he tells me a few things to try nothing happens . i let truck sit for a while finally it cranks so I drive it to the house 25 miles the closer I get the worst it Runs . So to Make it short it is back at Mechanic 3 Bad injectors so they get the new ones in and engine has a knock . . The Point is I have been Paying Payments and Insurance on this Truck for over Year and I called today he tells me he is Swamped and has not been able to work on my Truck. Does anyone have any Advice ? How long do you give someone ? Is ther anything I can do Legally ? Do You think I am Being unreasonable? 1 last thing i forgot to tell you I paid him Up front. Not my most Proudest thing I ever Done. Sorry for long read

    Thanks

Get another mechanic. Does he warranty his work or parts?

If this is a dealership you can get the regional person involved. See if you can take it to another certified dealership which will honor the warranty. However, if this is a FORD dealership, my experience has not been good. I could not take a vehicle to someone else and the regional and national people refused to get involved. I was told point blank to sue them. You may also look into the lemon law since your vehicle has been in the shop for so many days.
