Super easy. Measure the rear tires from a specific tread, then measure the fronts from the same. Loosen the front control arm and turn the sleeve until your front measurement matches the rear. Bam, you're done. Just did this today on my Jeep, works great.

newer if u try to fred flintstone it you will not only wear a set of 1000$ tires badly but a lot are designed to have a certain amount of toe in or other offset from dead center to drive straight.
