......the wife and I came home through Austin yesterday. We had no kids,a little time and I was hungry.

We stopped at Franklin BBQ...........WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!!

The BEST brisket and ribs I have ever had!!!

I've had it once. Wife's office had someone sit in line one morning to take orders for everyone in the office. She bought extra and brought it home for me. As good as brisket as I have ever had. Guy know what he's doing.

I met Arron at a charity BBQ competition with the other Pitmaster of the Pitmasters show. He was by far the best dude of the bunch. Getting to cook side by side with some the the greats in BBQ was a awesome thing.
5 Pitmasters and one little old Texan Tailate team competed and we won best brisket.

After the competition Arron came over and told us that he would serve our BBQ in his reasturant. A classy dude.
