Interested in frog gigging

Where can I go frog gigging near or in San Antonio area. I've never done it before, but looking to try something new. And Wifey loves frog legs. Any suggestions?

I know i saw a few while bowfishing Lake Braunig about a month ago. Them things were huge!!

Is there a season for them, or can you just get them anytime?

I've had better luck catching them with my hands than gigging them. Bright light late at night pick them up.

Had frog for the first time a few weeks ago at the Antler café. Pretty darn good.

check with your local golf courses....those ponds are usually loaded..

I saw they tore the original one down, that place was awesome, and had great frog legs!
