Need knife handle made and installed.

I bought a knife blank and shaped it into what I wanted. Now I Dont have the time to finish it
So I would like someone else to take it over for me. I would like to get it bladed , polished and a elk horn handle put on with silver colored rivets. If someone with experience would be interested let me know.
