Been accused

Of something I did NOT do at work, and it can turn out pretty ugly for me if I'm not found in the clear. I was accused of leaving work 30 minutes early on Thursday by a manager that points out other people's wrong doings to avoid her own. If you could send one up for me for a good out come. God willing! Hope it works out for you. I had a situation like this happen once when I was a teenager at a retail store. Luckily there was video proof that I did no such thing but I lost so much respect for my manager at how he handled the situation I quit on the spot. It sucked to have been a model employee for two years and get treated like a first week slacker.

In todays age of electronics and video cameras I wouldn't think it would be hard to prove your in the right. Unless this manager is just out to get you. If your in the right and she is still giving you grief, remember there is always someone above her. Unless she is the owner.

Same thing happened to me according to my female boss. I was in the warehouse til after 5 and when she left she could not find me. Luckily the warehouse manager vouched for me.

I had a manager do the same thing to me. I had actually worked 8.75 hours that day and had put 8 on my time sheet. He said I worked 7 and wanted me to correct my sheet. So I put 8.75 hours. He was very ticked. I turned in all my service tickets to him to prove it. I was paid the 3/4 hour OT. on payday after being written up for stealing time. Some people don't know when they have a good thing. I never gave him a 1/4 hour after that.
