I really thought he was going to dry fire it at the end. Good advice. You should NOT slide the peep up or down with tension on the string.

Big mistake brought to my attention.

Don't ever draw back with a release and an arrow not being nocked on!

As for the number of shots... I suggest shooting 7 or so shots. In the video I mad a distinction between 8190 and 452X and the number of shots. I'd shoot both 7 or so shots.
