Are you absolutely positive that it went into the crawl space ?
Is it possible it sneaky snaked away ?
Flooding the area with Bug bombs ? Fogging the area with freon ? Bleach ? Amonia ?
I personally would spend $15 on a case of bug bombs and throw them into every door, storage area and all access points under and in the trailer.

I used Raid Wasp and Hornet spray because that was the best I had at the time.......I have since received information from an RV dealer who would have many small rattlers in his shop every year. They told me that they put Peppermint Oil on cotton balls and spread them around the entry areas....They have not seen a snake of any kind since they started doing this several years ago. I went to the Pharmacy and purchased some of this today (over $25 for a small bottle)...We have put this out throughout the camper....inside, under, storage, etc......I hope this does it......If not .... I'll try the other stuff. And, yes.... he could have sneaked out through another hole...
