Is it possible to get a polaris ranger to stop squeaking!

I've got a Ranger crew that I absolutely love but that thing squeaks so bad it drives me crazy! I've sprayed every thing I can think of on the rubber parts but that only stops it for a short period of time. The graphite spray seems to do fairly good but again, only for a short period of time.

Has anybody else had this problem and more importantly, has anybody solved the problem!

    try this

You know where the latches that keep the bed from opening..Try putting a rag where those hooks grab the frame. That help with my loudest squeak..

I've already taken care of those. I agree that those were some of the worse ones for sure. The ones that are driving me nuts now are where the upper and lower control arms attach to the frame. The rubber bushings in there will drive you bat**** crazy!

The squeaking was driving me crazy too. I put grease zerks in all the bushings on the A-arms. That was by far one of the best things I've done to my ranger. There is no squeaking anymore and makes for a much better ride. It also keeps your bushings from wearing out faster.

WHITE lithium grease. <<<sorry if the spelling is wrong. You will have to do it ever so often but, it will help.

That sounds like a good fix. Unfortunately it's at the deer lease right now but definitely will be done after the season!

NAPA make a rubber lube that I have used on vehicle for 20 plus years. I believe its called Ruglyde. It comes in 1 gallon jugs. Put it in a spray bottle and soak all rubber parts.
