Peyton, purely investment for me with a potential for huge returns with very little invested. The Lord has just connected me with the right people. I have partnered and own around 20 doe fawns. The business plan is to make a marketing line for breeders only and a production line for my friend that has a hunting operation. For example, the semen on the buck in the video will probably run you several thousands of dollars a straw and you can get 300+ straws a year out of him. If you AI him to a doe with a rock solid pedigree, the fawns can sell for $4-5k or even up to $25-30k. The market has dropped in the last 3 years but is starting to come back. Big producing bucks can sell for wellover $100k, even good producing does can sell for tens of thousands. I know it sounds crazy but this is the WT breeding world. I, personally, like the typical look which is what will be in our production line but the crazy freaky stuff is what it takes to make a profit in the marketing world.

As far as the production line, they have been line bred over the years to produce 2 year olds that are over 25" wide, typical with tall tines. They will be sold or hunted at my buddies ranch for anywhere from $4-10k, depending on the size/score. I don't have property so I am just an investor and both partners have breeding operations and one has a hunting ranch. Oklahoma is not like Texas. People do not have large expansive tracks of land to release the deer into. Texas is like another country in itself. It would be difficult to have similar leases like you all do in Texas. It is apples and oranges. I wish it were different here but that is how it is.

Since these are all fawns we have got, my daughter loves going out and bottle feeding them. She wants to go everyday. Seeing the smile on her face is worth all of the effort.

I forsee a bountiful return on my investment. Again, this is purely for investment purposes I have no desire to hunt, shoot or whatever you want to call it, animals we are breeding. I have a lease in Kansas and am supposed to be hunting with Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert. : )

    Thanks for asking Peyton.

Here are some of the blood lines will will be using in our production/hunting line. We are going to add some tine length to the blood lines with the taller bucks. If they end up turning out to be really nice then we will slide over to the marketing line.

That is really impressive. Good luck with the operation.
