Good job keeping your cool. My girlfriend got rear ended in a drive thru and the guy started cussing her out. She is 4'11 and about 98lbs soaking wet. I got there pretty quickly as it was up the road from my house. I tried calming him down and warned him several times not to talk to a woman in the way he was. Especially when she is my gf. He shoved me and asked what I was going to do about it so I knocked his dumb a** out. Cops got there and he starts trying to press charges bc I hit him but I had witnesses saying he shoved me first and nothing happened to me. To this day though I still feel like I should've chilled out, walked away, and waited for the cops but eh whatcha gonna do lol.

HAHAHHA, Bro, that is awesome. Plenty of times I wish I would have done the same thing, but you are probably right in your last sentence. BUT, that fool probably learned a lesson he was never taught before…just sucks you had to be the one to teach it to him.

I feel ya. The day we buried my grandfather a guy rear ended my wife's van because he was playing with his iPod. When I pulled up he was in my wife's face screaming that it was her fault because she had slammed on the brakes (car pulled out in front of her) and she wasn't backing down a bit. I flew out of the car and asked him what the f*** his malfunction was. Before I made it to him he decided it was in his best interest to wait in the car until the cops showed up

I'd hazzard a guess that if you yell at me you MAY get hit. If you yell at my wife it's just a toss up whether she or I will hit you in the mouth....

Dealing with insurance crap. It will probably go to Arbitration.

Been there. Good luck. Really though, the insurance companies usually get it right. If you have a bigger insurance company like State Farm or Allstate you should be fine.
