Thought I would have more response than this. It's because of these men who died that we are able to enjoy our freedom and look forward to October. Not trying to lecture anyone I was just so moved and full of gratitude while visiting the final resting place of our soldiers. Click image for larger version

This picture is of a fellow Texan's grave. I told him hello from his home state.

Just now seeing this. My grandpa lost some friends on that beach. I don't know how I would react, probably just break down and cry. A huge debt of gratitude to those brave souls.

Im still in Awe and watch and read what I can about D-Day and the Largest invasion in world history. Im addicted in learning about all the HERO's of men who gave their life and and men who made it through saving us from true Evil.

Awesome photos, and God Bless you for taking the time to want to spend time there and give reverence to some of the bravest, most selfless generation of soldiers we have ever had and probably will ever have had.

I know my grandpa has some friends there. That is one thing he never spoke of, so i am not 100% percent sure. I know when i finally make my journey to Arlington National Cemetary it will be a hard time seeing my friends. *TAPS...Hand salute* to all the fallen brothers in arms that never made it home from this war.
