    Quiver Help!

I do a lot of hunting by spot and stalk on public land, My problem is i don't shoot with a quiver on so i have one of those quivers that you place on your leg and to be honest i cant stand it!! lol it is always getting caught up and snagged and when we have to crawl it gets stuck. My question has 2 parts, i don't mind putting a quiver on my bow but want something pretty close, i was looking at the Hoyt arrow rack 2 piece but don't know if it will fit on my Hoyt rampage xt or if i need to tell the wife i need the new carbon element to mount the quiver lmao just kidding! seriously though do yall at this wonderful site know if there is a better quiver that is not on a bow (preferred) or a good quiver on a bow or if the Hoyt arrow rack will fit the rampage xt. Thanks for all your help

If you want to spend the coin, the Tight Spot should fit and from all accounts will balance your bow out. It's made to shoot on your bow but has a quick disconnect feature as well. About $140 is what it'll set you back.

You might want to take a look at the Catquiver by Rancho Safari. It's a back quiver and they have several models to choose from. I have one I use with the recurve and it straps down well so it stays put on your back and doesn't get in the way when shooting.

It's very easy, the arrows are held in by adjusting the length of the quiver so that it holds the arrows in snug enough to not move but not too tight where they are hard to get out. The top of the quiver has foam and there is a foam pad on the base (you put the arrows in point down) as well so there is enough give to get an arrow out with little effort. The sides of the base are open so you just reach back, lift up a little on the arrow and pull out. They have different models (five or six I think) with various amounts of storage. The picture I posted is the Catquiver I and it has a small storage pack. They go all the way up to some that have a fully integrated backpack system with it.

I've found that the tight spot works very well.
