I was with TW for 15 plus years......after doing some checking when they decided they wanted to raise the rates and start charging me for the piece of crap dvr's we had that didn't work half the time....I told them to get bent and went to ATT....
ATT's pricing structure for the regular stuff is much better, plus you get initial gift cards, plus you get LHN and several FSN's without paying extra
TW plain sucks now...especially if you have a problem...their standard answer to a trouble call, when you can get them to answer the phone is to first tell you there is no problem in their system, then unplug every dang thing only to find out 20 minutes into the call that it still isn't working....then they make your day by telling you you need a tech and can't send one out till several days later and you need to hang out for half a day, no they don't know exactly when the guy will show up...you submit, hang up, hook everything back up, go do something, turn tv back on just to see...voila! it's working now....lol....(don't cancel the service call yet)
I got so fed up with their antics, I just quit calling when there were issues...just waited 30 minutes or so and the not problem resolved itself....lol
Heck, even with 8 static IP's, my total bill is substantially less than it was with TW and no static IP's
