One of the first things I noticed was if someone's family or friends were havin a hard time..folks would pray for them.....That means a lot to me.....I posted about a good friend that recovered from cancer.....I posted about it and I thank those who responded....I have a problem now....I had a member message me(I will post no names)..but I am greatful for their help(they know who they are)....Burnadell has helped me out a couple times....He is more than ok by me....There are good folks here....I am kinda out-spoken in my beliefs..If I have offended anyone in the past..It was not my intention to offend....Like I said..good folks here.....

Great post Jeff, I couldn't agree more. I tell everyone I know how wonderful the folks on TBH are and totally agree that many churches as well as many organizations could learn a lot from TBH.

My new fishing hobby I've been spending a bit of time at other sites.

I'm always and will always be glad to come home. This site rallies around it's own . . . . . I just met a gentleman at the bps last night who saw my sticker. We are brothers and sisters who enjoy bumping into each other.

Don't tell Jaspro's grandmother that this site is going down the tubes. She told her pastor that a lot of churches could take lessons from TBH and I agree.

There is a whole lot of awesome in that statement right there.

There are some people that roam the earth trying to make a buck off of anything and everything and have the mental thought process of 'What can you do for me, not What can I do for you." I just can't consign to that. Most all of s know who the good ones are that jump up help a friend out even if it cost a buck or two. People that can't see past the money mentality I have no use for.

TBH is full of great people and I am greatfull my wife made me get more involved.

Great post. I'm still relatively new to the GS and haven't had the chance to meet a lot of you yet but very much looking forward to being able to. The people I have had a chance to meet have all been great folks.

"Down the Tubes" some folks just dont get it. We are about true friendship and what I call the True Brother/Sister hood.
Its more than tshirts and stickers. Ive never seen a group of people stand by each other, and honestly help one another like TBH people. Weither it be prayers, express, physical labor, advice, spiritual help or in sad cases a death.
This is a family. If you dont think so. I feel for you.

I can't help but to think the OP was referring to something I said the other day. It was said kinda jokingly because myself and another longtime member were jabbing at each other over a topic we usually agree on. I made reference to being attacked by one of my homeboys. I was mainly referring to all the whining and bickering and butthurt folks lately. It had nothing to do with the true power of the green screen. I have made a handful of expresses, one that included the mayor and have made several handfuls of real friends throughout the years.

It's a great place. Sorry if I offended you, Jeff, or anyone else. I think I said "circling the drain". lol.
