Could be "good ole days syndrome". You may be remembering it faster than it was, I can't imagine string stretch speed difference would be noticeable to the naked eye. Put it on the chrono.

It's a Pse excursion I'm when I was shooting it before I put it up it would sling the heck out of my arrows if its a string stretch how can I fix it?

I would probably put new strings on it just saying.

I'm telling you, string stretch will not make a noticeable difference that you can pick up by just eying it you will need a chronograph for that. (even if it's 10fps) If it's something that is that obvious than there is something else wrong and you should take it to the shop.

How fast was it shooting before, and how fast is it shooting now? Your string might have stretched enough to eat maybe 5fps on a cold cool day. But on a warmer day, if your cables stretch too, then you will actually pick up speed.

I think your bow is probably fine, but to be sure, why not just run by a shop and have them make sure everything is in spec still. Then shoot through their chrono if they have one and see just how fast or slow you really are shooting.

Where was the bow stored? I might be more worried about the limbs if it was in the garage.

did you back the draw weight off before putting it up? if so tighten the limb bolts.
