Hagerman qualifier at Bass Pro Grapevine

I just noticed that the Bass Pro Shop in Grapevine, TX will be offering their Hagerman qualifier this year. I'm not sure why they're offering it through September 13th, since the deadline is August 3rd, and you have to qualify before you pay and reserve your spot.

    From their website:

Mojo, they will offer it later for those that may move up in the drawing. The replacement draws aren't due until Sept, and those hunters would need to qualify.

I didn't think about that. Makes perfect sense.

Bump for anyone that still needs to qualify. I qualified there yesterday. It's free and air-conditioned.

What do you have to do to qualify?

In general, or how does Bass Pro implement the qualifier?

In general, the rules for qualifying are:

From: 2013 Archery Deer Hunting Regulations and Information: Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge
Proficiency: Successful completion of a proficiency test, dated May 1, 2013 or later, with a score of 80% or more is required. The test must be taken on a standard IBO course (10-8-5-0 scoring) with no target more than 30 yards and a minimum of 14 targets. A tournament scorecard, signed by a tournament range officer, will suffice as proof of proficiency
At Bass Pro, they have an indoor air-conditioned archery range with a bunch of 3D targets. They had three targets set up ranging from about 20-25 yards, and you shot five arrows at each target. They didn't permit the use of rangefinders, but with a maximum distance of about 25 yards, you didn't really need one. There was no fee to qualify, not even range fees (normally $12/hour).
