Look up lazer torch lights a gentlemen out of louisiana makes them they are the brightest lights on the market and will last 2 nights on a single charge. I own 2 one is 15000 lumens led last 18hrs on a full charge and will recharge up to 800 times the other is 43000 lumens and will last 8 hrs on the brightest setting it has a 5 position switch on it

Deal extreme 501B I prefer red for hunting.

        Here's the thread:http://discussions.texasbowhunter.co...t=Deal+extreme

For around 50 bucks you can get 2 lights, 2 rechargeable batteries, the battery charger, mounts, and pressure switches.. Bought mine back in 2011 and they are still running strong.

Heres my suggestion for all your night hunting needs.
Red for the bow or short rifle shots because its not as bright, 75-100 yards max.
Green for the rifle because its too bright up close 100-200 yards EASY.
Rechargeable batteries are a must to save you money.
and the universal mount is so nice and easy to use, plus its a soft rubber so when you place it on your high end scope, you dont have to worry about scratching it.

        Green Light $9.90: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/ultrafi...2-cr123a-20331

Pressure Switch tail cap $4.70: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/pressur...ed-cable-12895

        2 Rechargeable batteries $13.50: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/ultrafi...ery-pack-51988

I don't think it will matter what color you use. I don't think a beaver's eyes will shine.

I think your confusing the woodland beaver for the bushy beaver... The bushy beaver is so well camouflaged you'd be lucky to see any thing through the thicket.

It's urban beavers that are easy to spot... However sometimes you get a hybrid... And those are just plain weird.
