I'm thinking about selling my zeiss victory 2.5-10x50 with 30mm tube new condition to fund part of a more powerful Swarovski z6 3-18.. Just curious as to what everyone thinks I could get for it if I did sell it.. I'm not saying its for sale so that's why it's not in classifieds..

Samplelist has three listed for 1500-1800.

That Zeiss was Made in Germany and the T* represents the best coatings with fluorite (HD) glass. (The cheaper versions assembled in America have a MC after the 2.5-10x50). Your scope is worth a ****-load . . .
BH Photo has them on clearance for $1800.

I looked at the Z6 but just could not justify the difference in cost, especially seeing as they are virtually the same range of magnification.
I use the BRH reticle in mine. You can go on their website and plug in your ballistic data in their ballistic calculator and it will give you ranges at the different marks. You can plug in your target game so it calculates the size of the vital area and on the chart will give you the ranges where you can hold dead on and hit the vital zone. It's prtty darn sweet.
