Bought my wife a youth model Yildiz 20, super light and fun to shoot. She busted her first clay a couple of weeks ago with it. Need to put a Simms butt pad on it though, for her.

2 times the firing pin snapped in half on me and left me with a single shot shottie...
The first time back from mossberg was 8 months... The second time I found a smith had him install it and sold it quickly.
Bought the extrema 2 afterwards and haven't looked back.
If you don't shoot it a lot you should be ok... At the time I was going through cases of shells per month and it's just not made for that kind of abuse.

Standard procedure:
1) install a Limbsaver gel recoil pad on the stock
2) install a high viz front sight
3) go out and break a lot of clay pidgeons

I have two Yildiz 20ga's. Here's what I did to mine. As mentioned before, put a Limbsaver recoil pad on it, they sell them for this specific gun at Academy. I dropped mine in a pot of boiling hot water for about 5 minutes before I screwed it on so that it sucked up really tight. It looks really good and the fit is perfect. I also bought a hi-viz front sight from Academy which is pretty cool. Before I installed the recoil pad, I put some lead weights in the butt stock. I just dropped them in the hole that's in the butt stock and shoved them all the way foreward toward the receiver. I filled the rest of the void with a dowel rod cut to fit so that the weights wouldn't rattle around. This really helped with the feel of the gun and with recoil since they are really light shotguns. I really like mine, I haven't had any problems with them at all and they shoot very nice.
